Would anyone take a loan and move out if the environment that you live in is known as a negative one.?

I live at home at and am currently going to a university. I would have no problem staying at home and commuting but there's just this one person in my family who's just makes it a living hell. This person blames me for their problems and also on stuff that is just fabricated(made up). There are also times when this person rants in the middle of night loud enough to keep the whole entire household awake. I've been contemplating the notion of moving out for a while and now i'm on the brink of doing it. I know that this loan will in the future need to be paid back but at this moment, I would rather move out than stay. So, anywho...it would be helpful if anyone could give me advice on this.
