Should I have cervical C5-C6 fusion?

The anterior approach incision is very small, the scar is hardly noticeable, loss of motion is hardly anything and the recovery is about 12 weeks with minimal therapy, if at all. I've been highly impressed with the results of this surgery ever since they changed if from the posterior approach to the anterior approach...now if only we could get that success with lumbar fusions...
