get a better breeder lol...all bets are prone to health risks back problems obesity heart problems but neurological problems are only part btw you mentioned problems that i do not think are such .Nerve issues usually appear as the inability to move limbs or hold their needs or to chew (which would make me cranky). Try a better breeder
