My son wants to change school because he fills the coaches does not like him what should i do?

have watch my son play on JV for 2 years they are undeated and he makes pics intersection and touchdown all the time. great receiver people always ask why isn't he on varsity. I thought at once it was his age he is only 16 but then 2 coaches on the varsity team as told my other son that he should go to another school if he wants to play and the other coach told my husband that he is the best player they have on the team but they don't like his attitude. My son is a happy child when I say happy I mean happy he is always up beat joy ful and all the kids love him. I believe that the coaches think he is not serious because he is so happy but i can't see why because he is always at every pratice and summer camp and plays the game well and he also wants to go to college. need help please
