US Army TDY pay question?

Hey, question im currently tdy for 5 weeks. i received advanced pay and a DA booked plane ticket. I ended up not using the plane ticket to get to my destination, because a rental car would have cost me $1000 more than driving my own POV. Will I end up paying for this plane ticket out of my pocket?
