Is this depression, anxiety or a personality disorder? please help....... ?

he could actually be having a nervous breakdown, people having a nervous breakdown don't often realize they aren't well and deny nothing is wrong with them, nervous breakdowns can cause out of character behaviour, i would try to get him to go see a doctor.
