Anyone know of any good restaurants in hollywood, ca? hopefuly something scenic, and famous but not to pricey?

Does anyone know of any good inexpensive restaurants in hollywood, ca? I am looking for something scenic, that has a nice view of the city, and overlooking Los Angeles, or something maybe where the stars would go for lunch, and world famous but not to pricey. Nothing high dollar or anything. I am going to Hollywood tomorrow (near the walk of fame area).
