What do you think of women who wear leotards?

I was wondering what people think about women who wear leotards in public. Whether it be ballet, gymnastics or just a leotard I know some women just go as is like that and not put a shirt or shorts/pants over top. I saw a woman today who was at the grocery store with nothing but a leotard on...and I thought wow, she's brave. So I am asking what you think about women who go around like that.
