Working out at home???????????????????

well im a 14 y/old freshman and when i work out at home for football off season i do 30 reps of curls with 15 lbs weight and triceps work outs(not in a row 10 at a time) i do 30 reps of the abe lounger (not in a row) the i do push ups and sit ups about 40 total push ups. So is this good to do at home b/c when school starts ima hit the weight room and will this stop me from growing
