Is it ringworm..........?

My cat has ringworm, and I took all precautions to avoid getting it, but recently a small red spot on my arm appeared. It isnt even as big as a dime, but looks slightly like a ring. It doesn't itch like ringworm should, though. I'm putting anti-fungal cream on it twice a day, but I want a second opinion.
