Is it normal to feel this way about someone?

There's no point in thinking about the future, if you don't know how she feels beforehand. Maybe you rub each other the wrong way because you're both trying to fight those feelings of attraction. I know someone like that. Always pushing me away because she is basically afraid to move forward with me... I know this because she told me.
